Ticket Information and Discounts

• Tickets are available by Mail Order only to: Camden Haven Music Festival Inc. PO Box 62 Kendall NSW 2439
• Cheques should be payable to Camden Haven Music Festival Inc
• Accompany Orders with Cheque, Money Order or Credit Card details - please do not send cash
• A Service Fee of 3% will apply to Credit Card purchases
• It helps us if you send an office-sized (DL) STAMPED SELF ADDRESSED ENVELOPE for return of tickets & other important information
• Camden Haven Music Festival Members and Friends who are on the Festival’s Membership register at 29 February 2008 are eligible to purchase
  their tickets at the Member/Friend Discount Price.
• This discount does not extend to non-Members/ Friends whose tickets are included on the same Ticket Order Form
• NRMA members who quote their membership number or produce their membership card if purchasing at the door, may claim a discount equivalent to the Member/Friend discount. No further discounts will apply

• Mail orders will close with the last mail received on Monday 21 April
• Any unsold tickets will be on sale one hour prior to the start of each event at the venue door (cash only)
• Tickets are for General Admission - seating is not numbered nor reserved
• Children under 8 years of age will not be admitted to concert venues without prior arrangement, and at the discretion of the Festival Committee
• Children under 5 years of age are admitted FREE, however they may not occupy a separate seat unless unsold seats are available
• Child ticket prices apply up to and including 16 years
• Parents of children who become restless will be asked to take them outside.
• Tickets are non-refundable and must be presented at the door
• Doors generally open 20 minutes prior to the commencement of each concert, however occasionally there are delays and we ask for your
  patience when this occurs
• Latecomers may not be seated until a suitable break in the performance
• Recording of concerts and the taking of photographs or videos is not permitted during a performance without prior arrangement with the
  Management Committee.
• Camden Haven Music Festival Inc reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the programme without notice

• As a courtesy to performers and patrons, it is important that concerts start on time. Please endeavour to be seated 10 minutes before the concert starts.
• Please note that items left on seats (other than at interval breaks) will be collected and held at the ticket sales desk.
